Grille guard compatibility

Anyone know if a grille guard off a ford ranger will fit my 2000 Dakota? Are grille guards a universal fit?

Anything can fit if you have the right fabrication skills. In a case of bolting right on no they wont. They all have different mounting points and bends to go around the bumper and hood.
