Oh yeah, one suggestion for anyone who will be doing this: round of a pile of scrap 2x4 pieces, and a compound miter saw. I cut 2x4 blocks first for every piece. I didn't cut them to length, just the angle. Then I held them up and checked with square, tape measure, etc. Once I was happy with the how the wood followed the fender, I put it on the bandsaw and slid the angle clamp the bandsaw to match it.

I did not make it according to a prepared plan, cutting things to specific length. Instead, just had a general idea of what I wanted. I started with the rectangular box tubing in the center, then made it up as I went along, trying to keep it symmetrical. I used (wood) 2x4's and a miter saw to find the right angles for the channel, then used the 2x4 to adjust the angle on my bandsaw.

If there is some measurement in particular you'd like, I'll measure it and post back.

BTW, airflow was mentioned earlier in the thread - I have not had any cooling problems. When I have the scangauge connected, I can see a digital readout of the water temp. When towing, the temp gradually rises. Then its obvious when the fan kicks on, because the temp goes down quickly. Based on how quickly the temp goes down when the fan kicks in, I quit worrying about it.

Looks good. You probably weren't expecting to get any questions about 3-1/2 years later.
