Default Catalytic converters

So I cut my cat out last year but now it looks like I am going to have the possibility of moving to another state that requires emissions testing depending on how my internship goes this summer. So I have been looking at MagnaFlow high flow cats and came across two different ones and was wondering what the difference was between the round ones and the rectangle looking style?
This is the round one: http://www.jegs.com/i/Magnaflow/642/...oductId=750982
This is the one that looks factory: http://www.jegs.com/i/Magnaflow/642/...oductId=750982

Other than price and look I'm not sure what the difference is, any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

its just the shape that your paying for. The second one thats part number ends in 94306 from jegs thats the one I bought for my 3.9 dakota. It will make your exhaust a little louder. Works great. I've had it on for about 2 months now without any problems. Get either one but they are both the same thing just different shapes.
