Default Reason for bouncy rear end?

My truck is a 2k 3.9,2wd I'm still chasing down some of the shake my truck has. First it was 2 out of round tires(supposedly cause by bouncy rear end) and now the rear end is still a little jumpy. I'm talking about the rear of the truck, trying to type this real fast while at work lol. At first it was the shock bolts were not torqued and it would sound like bed of truck was being slammed down on even the smallest bump. None of the leaf springs are broken and they aren't flat. My next step is to jack up truck and hose out between the springs and also replace the missing round plastic things that were between the springs. Any other suggestions? I can only descbribe it as pretty much shaking not bouncing, it kind of shakes like shocks are not installed but the height is limited. This can't be because of a silly sway bar can it? I have tried 4 sets of shocks for the heck of it.

Default Suggested.

Someone here suggested for me to get new shackles since they look like they can move when truck goes up and down, I thought that would fix it. Once I learn how to isntall leaves I might try putting some new ones on.

my dad had a 1982 ram 3/4 ton, did the same. but it was the front break pistons was plastic not metal, would not retract vibrating the calipers. sounds crazy but thats what it did.
