Dak, I looked at everything carefully while Dad turned the steering wheel from side to side. The pressure sensor is high up on the high pressure line and it was dry. It would seem that a seal on the pump itself was leaking down and off the bottom of the mounting bracket. Everything below that point has fluid splashed on it. I also checked the point where the high pressure line connected to the rack. It didn't look like it was the leak either.
