Hello everyone, I just had my 2002 Dodge Dakota 42re transmission rebuild due to a P Code 1740. My torque converter no longer had lockup but the truck still drove great and shifted great. Since my Transmission was rebuilt by a well known transmission shop it has not been right. It shifts from 2nd to 3rd almost immediately and also hangs at 2000 RPM's for awhile before shifting into overdrive. I am also getting a bad shaking at times when the truck is shifted from reverse to drive and I start to pull away. Truck almost stalls. Could the TV Cable be causing these issues? What else could? I would like to be armed with some info before taking it back to the shop. Thanks for any help you can provide.
