Well, my rear driver side speaker is starting to crackle and it's driving me crazy. I want to replace it, but how do I get the side panel off? I have a 2000 Sport ext cab. Thanks for any help you guys can give.

You don't really have to take out the tool tray, I removed mine but I was also running wires for my amp and sub too.

It's not very difficult, just takes time, patience and the right tools.
