My 3.9 v6 keeps stalling when i reverse at low rpms. I just got this truck yesterday and it's happened twice already. What could be causing this and what could be a solution for this problem?

Start with looking town the throttle body for crud. If the idle air control (IAC) port is blocked or deposits makeing the IAC pintle stick you could end up with stalling like you say. Cheep to cure with some time and a can of throttle body cleaner if this is the issue.
