Default How do you replace the Door Jamb Switch

I have a 1997 Dodge Dakota and the Door Jamb Switch fell inside the chassis. I pulled off what I could on the inside of the cab to try to get to this, but couldn't/

Does anyone know how to get to this so I can fix it? All that I have right now when I open the door is a hole in the door frame where the switch used to be.

Thanks,

i was able to use a piece of mechanics wire to hook the wire and connector through the door switch hole and with the help of small needle nose pliers i carefully pulled the connector out through that hole. just be patient, removing the interior panel and along with the plastic peice under that there are a couple of inspect/access holes might help help. good luck
