Default Need to Replace Wheel Bearing

Hey guys,

I've had a pretty bad noise coming from the driver side front wheel hub for a while now and I have to replace it. I'm going to replace the entire hub - if anyone has ever done this before - can I get away without having to remove the axle? If I can make it as simple as possible I will, but I just want to see if I have to pull the axle out too.

Thanks!

when i was at the tire shop (family friend) i had to replace the passenger one. you will need to take the caliper and such off, dont let it hang! there will be a nut in middle of hub take that off then 3 bolts behind the assembly. keep in mind this was a 30min job with fancy shop tools.

You will not need to remove the axle.
Do a search here or on goggle there are some wright ups on how to do it.
The hardiest part of the job for me was geting the hub off after I had all the bolts out a big hammer was what I needed.
