Which Transmission?

I have a 3.9l 4x2 dakota, I need a new transmission. The vin is 1B7FL26X9WS708407.

I see it could be several different models.

Look in your glove box it will tell you what tranny you have.

go to this website http://www.dodge.com/wccsapp/univers...ull&category=R and they will email you in a day or so and give you the exact build of your truck based off of the vin

From:

if the body code plate line 2 digits 1,2,3 say dgk you have a 42re. dgw is a 44re. dgt is a 46re
