Where is this fool on a 02 Dakota mine is stuck on Bi-level

Inside the HVAC box behind the dash board. Pretty much inaccessible wthout pulling the dash board.

isn't the blend door controlled by a pneumatic vacuum lines and a controller. I had a 92 and the controller went out on it and it switched all the time while accelerating.

Yeah there's an actuator connected to some vacuum lines that control the door externally. But I still doubt you could reach it from under the dash without removing it.
