You really aren't going to get much for power at all. You can do exhaust, cai, tuner, the whole 9 yards and you will only gain a marginal difference. IMO, it's not worth it. If you want an exhaust for a better sound, I'm with you on that, but don't expect much for power gains. The 4.7 and 3.7 do not really have a lot of room to play with. They aren't like the 5.2 and 5.9's where there were a ton of mods available and you could gain quite a bit if you wanted.
The tuners really don't do anything for a 3.7/4.7 5 speed. I had one, a superchips, and it hardly made a difference and I had to run 93 octane. I ended up selling it. The only thing it was good for was adjusting the speedometer for different size tires.
