Check out ebay for lifts, only thing you'll really find are body lifts and re-indexed torsion keys. If you find a suspension lift read the fine print, they come with some major modifications....like changing your brake system

You really aren't going to get much for power at all. You can do exhaust, cai, tuner, the whole 9 yards and you will only gain a marginal difference. IMO, it's not worth it. If you want an exhaust for a better sound, I'm with you on that, but don't expect much for power gains. The 4.7 and 3.7 do not really have a lot of room to play with. They aren't like the 5.2 and 5.9's where there were a ton of mods available and you could gain quite a bit if you wanted.

The tuners really don't do anything for a 3.7/4.7 5 speed. I had one, a superchips, and it hardly made a difference and I had to run 93 octane. I ended up selling it. The only thing it was good for was adjusting the speedometer for different size tires.
