Default AC questions

So the other day I noticed that my high pressure ac line has been leaking, is there a cheap way that I can patch it since I'm short on money? If I do have to replace it is there a difference between the v-6 and the v-8 lines?

Default the best is

two ways to fix it take it to a shop or fix it yourself if you think you can do it. I dont know what kind of A/C shops you have in town but in AZ I have a place that can repair it by replacing the leaky hose you remove take it to them and they repair the hose then you put it back together vacuum the system and put freon in it.
