If I were you, I'd start out with doing just the rockers in bedliner. See how it looks. I think it'll look awesome, but you don't necessarily have to do the rockers, flares, and wheels all at once. I started out with just my rockers and had it that way with stock (non-plasti dipped) wheels for awhile.
