I just received the Magnaflow 15739 for my 02 4.7L Qaud cab, but the intermediate pipe does seem to line up with the hanger after the cat. It looks like everything will line up if the 3 inch hanger clamp is used on the intermediate pipe as just a hanger and an additional 3 inch clamp is added to connect the pipe to the muffler. Any tips on the installation?

 

Me and my buddy did the same thing (but we replaced all the exhaust instead of just headers) to the same truck, same year everything. it was easy i think we only took about 3 or so hours. three of which hours were eating. it'll be a piece of cake especially if you have a lift like we did. oh yeah one more thing while your under there dont forget to grease your muffler bearings.
