Default 2003 Dakota. CTM programming...won't start

I have a 2003 Dakota. I just replaced my CTM after my headlights, dome, power locks, 4x4, keyless entry quit working. I picked up the new module from the dealer ($324), not programmed to my vin yet, but my truck, now, will not start. My fuel pump is winding, and I have fuel at the rail but no spark. I thought it might be programming issues with the ASD relay…dealership wants me to tow it up to them. Any ideas?

If you have the gray ignition key then you have the Immobilizer anti-theft system in your truck. The dealer will have to use their DRB-3 scanning tool to program your old ignition key to the new CTM before the truck will start. The dealer will also have to program your old keyless entry remote controls to the new CTM too, or else they won't work either.
