Have a exhaust leak were the manifold bolts to the down pipe. Is there a gasket in there or did the flange lose its seal? It is a 4.7 and it is on the Pass side.

 

When I did it on my 5.2 all there is is like a bubbled flare on the exhuast pipe that just goes into the manifold. Mine came about cause the mani had rusted some what which cause the bolt to pull down though. All I did was add a big washer and tightened it up. Not a true fix but would hold for another couple of years.

 

What I thought. Look at parts places and do not carry a tipacal gasket for it.So just take bolts out and add washers to seal it.
