Got all my stuff together to fix my exhaust but Manifolds have to come off. Bolt broke off on pipe to manifold. So have the gasket I am just going to do both. Clean them up and replace gasket.

Any thing I should know before I tear into it?

Went ahead a find a new stud and nut set for manifolds from a dealer for $52 for the set.

 

you will need the black plastic clips that hold your fender well linner on you will most likley brake a few

 

use anti-seize compound on the bolt threads. and only tighten the bolts to 70-80% of full torque at first, then after 4-6 full heat cycles take the bolts to full torque. else the it will leak, after week or so.
