I had a similar problem at a "mavis tire". They use the "hawk eye" laser alignment machine, and it stinks.

They said it was aligned, and it pulled and the steering wheel was off center. I took it to my dealership and they printed the current alignment, it was a mess. They then aligned the vehicle to perfection and provided me the correction print out.

I went back to mavis, showed them how they failed with my new documentation, and got a refund.
