Hi, I have a 2000 Dakota 4.7 and it is bringing p0172 code up. (system rich bank 1). Starts and runs rough for 2 mins until warm and then is perfect all day! If i disconnect the battery it is fine for a couple of days and then fault comes back!
Am i right in thinking when cold it is in 'open loop' so is bypassing the o2 sensors? I have replaced the coolant temp sensor and checked for air leaks but none found.
There must be some Dodge Technician who can help solve this? I am in the UK so not too familiar with the Dakota set up.
