Default Looking for rust repair panels for bed

I am looking for some rust repair panels for the bed of my QC. Took the flares off to check the rust bubbles and the thing is rusted through. Poked a screwdriver through the wheel well into my bed also, and it didn't even look rusty on the outside. So, I need to cut this cancerous rust out and weld a new panel in. Found panels online for the front of the truck, nothing for the bed.

I too have a QC. 2001 vintage. I'm looking for the same thing. Yes, I live about 20 miles north of the STEEL BUCKLE of the RUST BELT!

I found the bed "side panels" here: The outlet is in Cleveland, OH.

EDIT: These folks have them too.

Edit: You may also need these if the rust has goon too far.

This would be the plate at the top of the wheel well, It is rolled on the outer edge. It ties not only to the side panel, but the bed as well.

I know Rock Auto sells the wheel arch panels for club cabs, they probably have QC panels. I just went through the process of what you're about to do, and it's not too bad. I was able to cut out a portion of the arch and bend my own sheet metal and mig weld it in. So I didn't have to use the weld in arches. It turned out good, and most importantly the rust is gone (for now).

I found the center panels for the bed on EBay for just over $100 so I have those coming. The arch panel is completely rusted where it meets the outer shell, so I am not sure if I can make that bend good enough. I am horrible at finding parts on RockAuto for some reason, maybe it is just me. I am always afraid I am going to order the wrong thing.

As for the inner wheel well, I am thinking about finding some sort of rubber to bolt in there, just to keep the dirt grime out.

On a side note, it looks like Rockautos website got a lot easier to navigate.
