I have CAI, what is free flowing exhaust?

 

Anything better than stock. Highflow cat and muffler is good.

 

Oh alright. I have slightly better exhaust than stock. Currently it's setup with a Flowmaster 40 dual port muffler, stock cat. I was going to get a high flow cat, just haven't put too much effort into it honestly. Any suggestions for a good cat?

 

Its really personal preference. I've always like magnaflow stuff.
