Default TPS: how low is too low?

It was replaced when I replaced my failed PCM...but numbers aren't adding up.

closed:
5428 ohms total
4875 ohms, volt to tap
894 ohms tap to ground
0.725 volts

open:
1570 ohms volt to tap
4183 ohms tap to ground
3.80 volts

========

My first impression: Where did 341 ohms disappear to???? (5769 to 5428)

Second impression: Isn't WOT about 1 volt too low??

5.1V = 0.725 * (R2/(R1+R2))

894 / (894 + 4875) = 0.155
894 / 5428 = 0.164

.725 / 5.1 = 0.142

------------------

5.1V = 3.80 * (R2/(R1+R2))

4183 / (4183 + 1570) = 0.727
4183 / 5428 = 0.770

3.8/5.1 = 0.745

I feel like I'm back in my high school math class. Sooo many numbers...I'm lost.
