Where can I get longer shocks?

If you are only doing 2 or 3 inches you will not need longer shocks.

No need for new shocks... I put in 2 inch V6 lift coils and 2 inch lowering shackles on the rear (which raise rwd dakota's) and am running 31 inch tires. Here's what mine looks like after lift:
