The air Hat or resonator is a Dodge dealer part only at about $160 a junk yard may have them at the $60 point

He can just not use it and replace it with an elbow of the proper size and adapters look here but they are not cheap http://www.siliconeintakes.com/index...dec5f4220e4c74
