Default What is this for?

I found this connector hanging loose in my front right fender area. All of my unused connectors are secured so they don't dangle and are dry and dusty. It looks like this may have been recently hooked up to something, but I can't find anything and I'm not sure if it is just an accessory connection that is dangling. I'm having some performance issues, and I'm thinking this could be related. Never mind the green circle, it's the one in the red that i'm looking at.

Can someone tell me what this is for?

Thanks!!

I had one in the same area that was never used I actually cut it off and used it to replace my power steering sensor connector that got ripped out by a shop and wanted to charge me to $$ to fix it told me it just happened.

I just cut the keys off the sensor so it would fit I was not paying a shop to fix something they damaged on purpose or by accident

Dont know what its for?

A farther back pic may help you are too close in to tell much

I have seen this in other posts and it ended up being the outside temp sensor plug if you have a center console on your headliner area that shows the outside temp
