Default can't solve tps p0123 problem

Hi I have 2003 Dakota SXT V-6/5 speed reg cab. 3 yrs ago I got a p 012 3 code that was fixed by replacing both the tps and map sensor with OEM pieces. 1 yr later the tps code set and this time the tps was replaced with another OEM part and problem was solved. 1 year later again p 012 3 was set but I couldn't clear the code so the dealer got the truck and the ecm was replaced. 1 year later (this year) again I got a p 012 3 and can't clear it. You cannot clear it at all either with the code reader or battery disconnect. The TPS low and high voltages check out fine with my meter and the ground shows continuity. The voltage at the tps increases steadily when the throtle is activated. I'm fairly sure the ECM is bad again but I a hesitant to replace it as I can't find the real problem. This seems to happen when the weather goes cold in December at 1 year intervals each time. Any one else have this situation? Thanks, TM

Sad thing is it was one month out of warranty and they told me to kiss off. They lost a new vehicle purchase and any further servie to their attitude.I can't trust the truck now. I'd replace the ecm myself but can't be sure it would last now. Findintg the real cause of the problem is what is the issue now.-TM
