Default Fuel Pump Relay Clicking

I went to start my truck and it didn't do anything when when i turned the key forward. The gauges didn't move at all, no lights came on, nothing. When you let off the fuel gauge would move and all the lights would come on.

The next time i did it the a heard a clicking noise and found out that it was coming from my fuel pump relay. It was clicking really loud and fast. I also noticed when you turn the key forward the fuel pump doesn't come on.

The relay was pushed in all the way and took it out and wasn't dirty.

Any thought on what it could be? Do i need a new relay?

Clicking of the fuel pump relay is usually an indicator that you need a new fuel pump relay.
