Does anyone have an idea as to why my front right wheel well pours smoke on occasion?? I have an 01
Dakota.

Your brakes could be locking up on that side....causing them to grind on the rotor and be smoking when you stop.....
Could also be water splashing up on the engine....

Its almost definately your brakes locking up. My 01 did the same thing. They have to put new calipers on.

Are your tires spinning and your not moving...???? I had that problem and it took a bit to figure out what was going on!
