Default Idling issues as in IT WONT! need a lil help

my 99 dakota with a 318 2 wheel dr, wont idle when first started, replaced pcv valve runs good when warmed up, but on a cold start only way to get to idle is disconnect the pcv valve, any input will be appreciated, new plugs and they were gapped, upon installation, its winter here and the truck doesn't get driven everyday, could it be the map sensor or iac??

I would clean the throttle body first second I would change out the coolant temp sensor they are cheap.

If still no change replace the IAC no change the MAP
