It’s very hard to gain much when the thing is governed by a PCM modest gains only will be seen like 1 or 2% for a lot of $$$ spent.

Basically it’s a waste of time and money and many modes can and will cause other problems like loss of MPG poor idling change the power range from low to high so on.

Changing out OEM parts to aftermarket can make a car unreliable especially if you are not inclined to do the work yourself

Thunder had a h.o cams and sct tune and he made a 60hp increase. Which isnt a lot but the cams are just from a h.o 4.7 so they arent that big. Gassers usually take a bit to get hp. Tuner on my truck is good for 120hp Coarse we are comparing apples to oranges

Good posting, I hate when people compare gas/diesel like it's the same thing.
