Cleaned him up at home.
Went to bed... Woke up, and this is what was in the driveway

Thanks man. The current topper is an ARE. One of the pictures has my old leer topper. I'm in Iowa in the quad cities. Colorado is always an awesome trip. I hope to make it out there this year as well.

So....
Before...what was a simple rust bubble repair opened pandoras box, and a ton of new metal was welded in, with one whole fender replaced.

and after lots of new metal, lots of new paint, 3000 mile drive across country, new bumper, a good hand wash and detail.....

Next up, new shocks, and in a bit new shoes...thinking 265/70/r16 coopers.

Finally got the wheel and tire package I wanted on my truck. I have a1" BL with the torsion bars cranked and a Tuff Country add-a-leaf out back. Wheels are Fuel Hostage 17x9 with -12mm offset and 295-70-17 Nitto Terra Grapplers. Had to do a little trimming but I plan on building another tube bumper for the front anyway.
