Default Spider gears are they OK?

Take a look and tell me what you think? Should I be worried? The ring and pinion gears were fine. It's an 8.25 with 145K miles on it.

The good part: spiders are easy to replace.

The bad part: You still have to pull the carrier from the axle (the cross pin wont clear the ring).

Unhappy

With those chipped up spiders I would worry about the bearings steel chips could be in the bearings or the bearings could be bad now.

A complete R/R of the rear would be advisable
