Help, My CTM went bad and replaced it with the same year and model number. It solved my issues but created a new one. The security dash light is constantly on now. I used the auto locks to lock the doors and opened with the key lock. The alarm went off. Is there anyway to make the new CTM work with the trucks security system?

 

If you read the title at the top of the forum, 3rd Gen Dakotas are 2005+ model years. Moving you to the 2nd gen section.

 

do your old fobs work with the new CTM? May need to have the dealer flash the CTM for those fobs. Or it may be a non-security CTM?
