exhaust bolts
i dont know the size, sorry. but i do have some hints. 1. do not use plated bolts. 2. do use anti-seize compound on ALL threads. 3. tighten bolts to only 70-80 % of full torque first time. then after 6-7 full heat cycles take to full torque. if it starts to leek before that go ahead to full torque. my 2001 dak factory service manual shows torque for 2,5 like this. 1. center bolt #1 30 ft lbs 2. bolts # 2-5 23 ft lbs 3. end nuts # 6 & 7 126 in lbs. you need to get the info from the factory to know the bolt pattern. the factory starts the bolt numbers at the center bolt. it is a lot like the slant 6 ext manfold. but you must get the factory info. NOTE: no 3 hint is a general statement. but the 4 cyl specs from chrysler is more important. and spec of 30 for #1 seams a bit high to me. the factory manual has no info on bolt size. with no factory pic start on cener bolt and go to each end, like you do on head bolts. hope this helps.
