Default Exhaust manifold gasket leaking '04 dakota

I have a couple bolts Rusted and broken off on my '04 Dakota with the 4.7 liter engine. Is this difficult to do? Does any one have any advice before i tackle this job? I've already got the new gasket.

Thanks

Jaimie

Just did this job on my 3.9, all I can say is thank god I had oxy/acc to heat up the broken bolts that were sticking out of the head, then used the good old vice grips to turn them out. dropping the downpipe was a bitch as well.

well your going to need more then just the gaskets you mine as well get the 8 new studs from dodge 99% of the time its the passenger side bottom left stud that breaks and at least on the 3 that I have done you can pull all the bolts out slide off the manifold and use vise grips to remove the broken chunk if not flush with the head
