ahh alright and also when i got to make a decently sharp turn it sorta sounds like my torsion bar is turing within the key

Did you install bigger tires when you installed the lift? Could they be rubbing?

Well, it's impossible for the torsion bars to rotate inside the keys.

You'll probably have to have somebody walk alongside you while you're turning and look/listen for the problem.
