ECU or not ECU that's the question
Good day y'all,
I have a 1997 Dakota 3,9L and that's the problem.
Superchip is capable of modifying 1998 and Above due to the protocol used and that the flash possibility isn't there on the 1997.
Is there a way to go to a 1998 ECU on a 1997 engine without going into the rewiring. I have all the shop manuals for 1997, 1998 and 2000.
In the parts manual, thay provide the SAME number (part) for all years from 1997 to 2003.
