Default Projector Halo fog lights wiring?!

I bought these ebay halo projector fogs and they're plug-n-play but it comes with another wiring harness I'm assuming for the halo's.
Typical for ebay stuff, no instructions or wire harness outline, so I'm rather confused on this one.
Was wondering if anyone has ever messed with these before or have more knowledge of this stuff than I do, which isn't much.
Anyways here are some pictures of the new wire harness...

This is the wire assembly of the light and harness and the connector for the factory harness. I'm assuming its White/White & Black/Blue judging by those are the only two wires for the light itself and not the halo. But I'm confused as to what the Blue and White wires on the harness itself are for.

This is further up the harness where the two fuses are. I'm guessing that the light itself and not just the Halos are all connected to this harness just not sure how because I'd image it would short out the factory fuse in the fuse box. And I'm assuming the orange and black wires you see coming off are grounds?

Now this is the switch that came with the harness. I'm guessing this is to turn the halos on separate from the light and then again the red and black wires coming off of the harness below the connection between the switch and wiring harness, grounds again?

It also came with two quick connects I'm assuming for connecting the wires that operate the halos to a power source?

Ive never seen this before, but im pretty good with electricity. Some questions... are they designed to incorporate the existing FL wiring? If so, do you have a wiring diagram for the truck? Do you have a multimeter? If not... they are like $25-30 and will save you a boatload of guesswork. When im working with electric and the connections aren't matching up my first instinct is to cut them off and splice em.

If it incorporates the existing wiring... there is a relay for it in (i think its called) the pdc (2 relays if the truck is a canadian model).

I hijacked that circut last week. I have this moonroof in it that doesnt show up as a feature when you run the vin... it has never worked. So i got curious and started poking around and i found the power line hanging free next to the fuse panel... i wasn't trying to pull the fuse panel so i was going to go after the cigarette lighter circut... but the wire wasn't long enough and i wasn't about to fish through the wire harness... i came across the wires for the fog lamps (which i dont have) found the hot wire, spliced her up, jumpped the relay with a piece of coax and bam... hole in the roof!

Looks like it has a pigtail connector for the stock 99* bulb which powers the bulbs themselves, and an external CCFL halo circuit that requires it's own power.....

That's what I see. Really need better pictures of the connections and what not.

Okay so I took another look at the Harness and matched it up with a diagram someone had written up for halo fogs on a jeep forum.
Which is this...

It makes sense to me and matches up with how my new harness is set up.
Now this diagram says that it's attached to the positive terminal of battery is this okay to do?
and there are two wires that need power sources the orange one you see in the pictures above, that orange wire connects to the fuse and the relay.
The second one is the red wire in the very last picture. I'm assuming this the power for the switch to turn the halo's on and off?
