Can somebody tell me what this buzz sound is right before ignition at 9:24 of this video???:


When I turn my key to the three quarters position and my truck doesn't make this sound, it wont start. When it does make this sound at 9:24 it starts every time. Can somebody please tell me what that sound is and what part(s) initiates it?

 

Sounds like it would be the fuel pump. What year of truck do you have so I can move this into the proper sub-forum?

This issue is driving me crazy! Its a 1998 5.2 4x4.
