I noticed the other day that the bumper is about an inch lower on the right side (there's an inch gap between the headlight and bumper) and I tried to give it a nudge to put it back in place but it wouldn't move. What do I need to do to put it back?

 

You could shim it up on that side. Pop the hood and look at the bumper brackets where it mounts on the top by the grill.

 

How to you move it side to side and back and forth?
