Default power gains?

just curious as to what kinda power gains a superchips flashpaq tuner will actually give you? I ran the performance on 93 octane and it didn't realy feel like it gave you much. ive also got a cold air intake and magnaflow exhaust. do they give you much of a power gain? in the near future I plan on putting headers on it (feel free to give me a good name for some headers) with true dual magnaflows on it, and maybe a cam swap.

Cam swap will probably be the best bang for your buck. But don't forget gearing. While regearing won't give you any more hp or torque, it will move the hp and torque to a different rpm making it feel like you've added power.

Have you updated the flashpaq? Or did you install it straight out of the box? If your name is anything the 5.9 should've really livened up. But no matter what if you're running a 3.55 diff gear, it's going to be slow.

haven't updated it yet, it came with the truck, yea it has the 5.9 in it. eventually plan to swap the 3.55s out for4.10s as soon as I get caught up on some bills, I know its nothing to brag about but my buddys 5.7 chevy truck wont keep up at all, I don't want anything fast just want some more power or pulling the camper or boat.

Get the programmer updated and registered to the truck. Yea the 3.55 is going to make it dirt slow and suffer a lot on towing. Throwing a 4.10 gear..... well lets say towing will be a breeze, as for fast, well that will be for you an unfortunate side effect. If you can keep the tires planted 0-60 will be probably like 5-6 secs.
