Rancho shocks

I have a set of Rancho 6000 front shocks on the front of my CC R/T. They are bouncy over bumps and have some rebound. Is this normal of these shocks? Is there a better option out there?

I got ranchos rs 5000's on rear had the same on front took em back for monroe reflex's stock (not for lifted) and truck still sits level and no bounce, didnt like the ranchos on front, and they were a tad cheaper
