HELP! Truck keeps dying
So I am on my way to work. As I leave my house and turn on the road, I hear a squeel similar to a belt. The noise goes away. Then all of a sudden I lose power. I am giving my truck gas, but the RPMs are not climbing and the truck slows to a halt. It is still idling, but very rough. Finally it dies. I crank it back up and try to drive, then it dies. I swap out the relay, and it cranks up, drives, then dies again. Next it would not even start. It would crank, but not turn on. I reset the paramaters, because I got a code stating that I had 4 cylinders misfiring.
I then checked the pressure at the fuel rail, and so much gas came out when I turned the key. So my fuel pump is good. I also swapped the coil packs between a working cylinder with a non firing cylinder, so they are not the coil packs. The spark plugs are champion plugs, and less than a year old. They have signs of carbon deposit, but should still be sparking.
I am guessing I have bad fuel injectors.
I ran a third of a can of seafoam through my vacuum line, behind the throttlebody on Saturday. I shut the truck off, then after 15 minutes I took it for a spin until all smoke cleared. I ran it hard to get the smoke out. Then it ran amazing all day Sunday. Now it is Monday and nothing.
Also, I noticed that one headlight was on all night. I turned the headlight switch on and off, and that light stayed on. So I am sure that there was an electrical issue from the rain, but now the headlights turn on and off fine.
Please offer me any suggestions. Some random mechanic took my truck to his shop, because I had no other options.
