Default Lifting a quad cab?

On Friday I just bought a 2000 quad cab dakota with a 5 speed. Has 153,000 miles and super clean inside and out as well as underneath. I paid $4000 for it. I'm lookin to get a couple inches of lift for it. Currently has 31" all terrains. I want to put around 3 inches on it with 33s and offset rims. What are my options?

3'' suspension lift with 33'' tires on 17'' rims. no offset I don't think though.
