speedo won't work until 40mph
so I've got a 98 Dakota Sport 5.2 4x4 5 speed, my speedo won't start working until I hit 40mph. I have no codes showing up I've used three scanners to check, the cable looks good. Truck drives and runs fine. Anyone got any ideas?????
