On the pass side of my 98 dakota sport, theres 2 nipples that come out of the intake manifold. They are right on top of each other, they are both vacuum ports. The top one has a hose on it and runs to the pcv valve on the valve cover. Where does the bottom nipple go to? I bought the truck and it didnt have any hose on it and that's what is causing the vacuum leak. I havent figured out how to post a picture yet, so if anyone knows what im describing without a pic I would appreciate the insight.

 

On my 4.7 I have a hose that runs from intake manifold to actual air filter box. Could be that?

 

What engine? On my 5.2 I think one was capped off.
