Having trouble holding camshaft still while applying pressure to the cam sprocket bolt. I need this off in order to release the cam and gain access to my head.

I'm at TDC but haven't figured out how to stay there.

Any ideas out there?

 

which engine? i have a 2001 factory paper service manual. but dont have a way to get the pics into the computer. the engine with the chains looks hard to hold.
