Default No Overdrive after Engine&Tranny Reach running Temp

Hello,
Recently bought a 97 Dakota 3.9 4x4 AT. When I first start the truck and drive it, it will shift fine through all the gears including over drive. After the engine and Tranny get up to temperature the tranny will fall out of overdrive reguardless of the speed you are going as soon as you let off the throttle. and when you reapply it will forcfully go back into overdrive. After it gets even hotter it will eventually take more and more speed to get it into OD ... and eventually will not go in at all.. (have not tried going more than 65mph to force it in)

So far I have replaced Output shaft speed sensor which solved my previous problem of the hard shift from 1st to 2nd gear.
I have replaced TPS with no differece.
Changed Tranny filter and fluid and added lucas tranny treatment.
I am taking this one step at a time trying to save as much money as possible, i have a few other ideas what may cause this but am unsure so would like to see if anybody else has had this problem, or what it may be.

Thank You
